I am currently the primary field training officer (FTO) for one of our new officers and today he went with me to Teen Reach.
He thought that interacting between at risk kids and police through RC’s was such a cool, yet easy way to build relationships. He said “they don’t teach us that in police academy”. Sometimes you have to think outside the box.
I also explained how great Pro Line is and how generous you are to facilitate our COPSTOP Program.
