Just recovering from a day at the 2009 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Here are a few highlights.
Got to meet Dennis Anderson the driver of Grave Digger. Really cool guy, told me all about his home RC Track and huge R/C monster truck race he puts on at his track called “Digger’s Dungeon”. He told me he owns some Pro-Line monster truck goods and wishes our stuff would fit on Grave Digger (the last parts not really true) but if we made it he would probably have to run it.
P.S. Pro-Line’s working on one of these bodies (CGR Version too!).
One time I was at Silver State I got to go for a ride in Jay Halsey’s (Jammin’ Jay) uncles buggy, have wanted one ever since.
Robbie Gordon’s 2nd Place DAKAR truck, amazing finish behind VW with 1:10th the budget. Robbie was in the GM booth with his H3.
Can I please have it Mr. Leno?
Tim Clark and Walker Evans (Tim’s old boss) at 72 and he still seems like one of the toughest guys around.
Ken Black, another amazing guy with his ultimate snow shuttle, complete with sled, sled fits six.
