2012 Pro-Line Challenge took place and was a great cusses with 90 entries over three classes; GP Buggy, GP Truggy & EP Buggy. The weather started off threatening but ended up a perfect spring day. The LRRCC track had been blown down so the traction was getting better and better with each run, a sprinkle of water and the grooooove was coming up.
M2 Holeshots were the control tires for this event and worked well in the hotter grooved conditions. Maximum of 2 sets were allowed for the 6 qualifying runs, with an option for a 3rd set for the mains, 95% of drivers only used the 2 sets for the whole meeting, and tire wear was great! Race was run a little with 6 qualifying runs each 6 minutes each with your fastest run counting, top 12 cars lined up for the 3x A-main finals.
