This past weekend I went to The Track in Gaithersburg, MD for the 2017 Turkey Leg Shootout which drew 130 entries for our event!
I ran 2WD and 4WD Modified Buggy and my Kyosho RB6.6 and ZX6.6 where Dialed!
M4 Primes Front (2WD/4WD) and Rear were the ticket!
I was able to TQ 2WD Buggy and was able to TQ 4wd but lost it in round 3, which would lead to me starting 3rd. In the 4wd A-Main I was able to put a clean run in and chase the leaders down and was able keep it on all 4 to take the Win!
In 2wd Buggy A-Main I was able to start out front and lead for the vast majority of the entire race, made a little mistake and dropped to 2nd but was able to take it back after staying in close range and the leader having contact with traffic. My cars worked great and did what they had to and I was able to double! Thanks to all my sponsors for all the support and off to the next one!
