Pro-Line Team Sweeps Mod Buggy at JBRL Round 1

The 2015 JBRL Electric Series kicked off the season at IERC in Southern California this past weekend and the Pro-Line team came out of the gate ready for action.  The 1-Day JBRL race format with over 300 entries meant for a long day but once the sun set and the mains had been raced the Pro-Line team proved why P-L tires are the ones to beat at IERC.

Mod Buggy Turner Nelson Blackwell

2wd Mod Buggy: Pro-Line’s Cody Turner led the charge of a Pro-Line Electron sweep of the Premier Mod Buggy podium with Pro-Line’s Dylan Nelson in a close 2nd and Pro-Line’s Shawn Blackwell Sr. in 3rd.  Great work guys!

4wd Buggy Turner 1st Nelson 3rd

4wd Mod Buggy: Pro-Line’s Cody Turner also took the WIN in 4wd buggy with Pro-Line’s Dylan Nelson in 3rd! Both ran MC compound Electrons front and rear for maximum traction.

Mod Truck Gilbert 1st Dunford 3rd

Mod Truck: Pro-Line’s Matt Gilbert took the win in Mod Truck using Pro-Line Ion T tires and Pro-Line’s Ryan Dunford took 3rd with a set of hand-made Electron T tires!  Great work guys!

13.5 Buggy Nelson 2nd

 

13.5 Buggy: Pro-Line’s Dylan Nelson took 2nd overall in the hotly contested Super Stock Buggy Class!  That’s 3 podiums spots for the day for Dylan (2wd, 4wd & 13.5).  Awesome work buddy!

1-8 Jenson 3rd

1:8 Electric: Pro-Line’s David Jenson finished in the 3rd spot after the 10 minute main event running 1/8 Electrons.  Great job David!

4wd SC Nick Miller 3rd

4wd Short Course: Pro-Line’s Nick Miller finished a solid 3rd overall in the Expert 4wd Short Course division. Nick chose SC Electrons for just the right amount of grip!

Stock SC Hernandez 2nd

Stock Short Course: Pro-Line’s Mike Hernandez finished a close 2nd overall in the Stock SC class running SC Ion tires after a long break from RC racing.

Stock Buggy Tyler Sweany 3rd

Stock Buggy: Pro-Line’s Tyler Sweany TQ’d and finished 3rd in the always super competitive Stock Buggy class!  Great job Tyler!

 

Congratulations to the whole Pro-Line team for a job well done and thanks to the whole JBRL crew and IERC for the fun race!  Next stop is Round 2 at Coyote Hobbies!
