This past weekend Pro-Line Driver Elliot Boots took on some major racing competition at the NEO race, a 5 day race held in Harper Adams.

Elliot came home with a very close second in the Nitro Class and the Win in the Electric 1:8 Buggy class!

Here is what Elliot had to say about the event:

“On the electric car we ran Holeshot X4, on the nitro we ran X4 Suburbs, all drivers ran the X4 compound, we were  sharing our tires between 5 drivers including Cody King, so we had be careful on how we used and managed the tyres, but the Suburbs ran for nearly a hour, but were still very good. It’s a great compound!”

Pro-Line drivers Cody King and Lee Martin also had a great showing at the event! Cody placed 4th in the nitro buggy class and Lee placed 3rd in the Electric buggy class and 5th in Nitro.

Lee Martin had this to say about the event:

“At this years NEO race we saw the introduction of the new X4 compound and the team drivers, including myself loved it! We ran the tyre in Holeshot, Square Fuzzies and also Suburbs. This could be the new go to tyre for low traction tracks! The PL products ran great all week and were pushing for the win at all times!  Thanks to PL for the support helping me to finished 3rd in E buggy and 5th in nitro!”

Cody King had this to say:

“We were using Suburbs in x4. We had about 3 tires from Pro-Line that were working really great, but these were the best. I want to thank Tim, Daniel and everyone at Pro-Line for the great support. With this racing would be very difficult thank you everyone. Race on! See you at NEO 14!!”
