Cody Turner wins at the 2013 Stock Nats

The track. Earlier this week I contacted my sponsor RCInsider.com and told them I was moving forward with TLR and signing a contract to run for them. I also mentioned I would be building some new TLR kits for this weekends race at OCRC Raceway the 2013 edition of the Stock Nationals.

I mentioned I would give them some updates throughout the weekend and keep the website informed of what’s happening at OCRC. To be specific, Jeremy of RCInsider.com asked us to follow Pro-Line‘s Cody Turner and Hartson and myself! He wanted to make sure his guys had some coverage for Monday morning!

Jeremy and I talked about Cody Turner of Pro-Line/Kyosho/Orion would quite possibly been both of our sleeper pics for sweeping the Exp. classes this past weekend! Cody has been coming on pretty strong here on the so-cal RC scene with his latest 1/10th electric race at JBRL Rnd #2 at SDRC with dominating wins in both 2wd Mod Buggy and Pro 2 SCT.

This past weekend was no different for RCInsider.com & Pro-Line’s Cody Turner who took home 1st place in Exp. Stk. Short Course. Cody would take A1-Main by beating teammate Jason Dias by a margin of 4.6 seconds and taking A2-MAin from MIP’s Matt Olson by 2.5 seconds for the sweep in that class he would sit out the A3-Main!
