Empire R/C Raceway in Brentwood, Ca hosted round 3 of the JBRL Niro Series last weekend.  It was a great turnout with nearly 150 entries.

Adam Drake was the top qualifier in nitro buggy, electric buggy, and nitro truck.  Drake went on to take the wins in nitro truck and electric buggy.  In the nitro buggy class Drake suffered a flameout while leading the final.
