This weekend I attended the Midwest Mayhem race at PCRC Raceway in Bolivar, Missouri.
I ran in a competitive class of Mod 2wd buggy with 2 sponsored Xray drivers along with some other great drivers. I also ran the 2wd Sc Mod class with my dad’s Sc6.1, since I am still awaiting my b74 to come in.
In the 2wd mod qualifiers, my Associated b6.1 was on rails again all day, with my Pro-Line Prism tires, I put down fastest lap time on the track all day and would set TQ for this class, putting myself in the #1 spot for the amain feature race.
In the amain feature race I got out quick and broke away from the entire field going tone-to-tone, and win by almost a full 10 seconds over the rest of the field.
In the mod Sc class I put down consistent qualifiers and set TQ in this class also by almost 4 seconds, putting myself in the #1 spot for the amain feature race.
In the Sc feature race I would battle it out for the first place position for a couple minutes with another driver on my bumper, then I started to pull away with a mistake from the other driver and again go tone-to-tone for the win.
I would like to thank my awesome sponsors Associated and Reedy and Pro-Line Racing for all they do to help keep me on top.
