Adam Drake sweeps the 2017 SoCal Nitro Shootout at Pro-Line Raceway in Banning, CA. The event had over 200 entries. The event had heads-up racing for qualifying. Adam Drake was the top qualifier in nitro buggy and Cody King was the top qualifier in nitro truck. Drake took the win in the 30-minute nitro buggy final by nearly a lap over the field. Drake also won the nitro truck final.
