So I’m now having time to reflect back on this past weekend. Wow it was amazing 4-days of racing at R/C Excitement in Fitchburg, MA for the Indoor Nationals. I will say it’s one of my favorite events of the year it bring in so much talent and the northeast RC community together. As well as some of the best top drivers in the Country. This past weekend I ran 4 classes Mod Buggy, Stock Buggy,13.5 4WD Buggy and 4WD Short Course.
After 3 rounds of qualifying I was sitting top qualifier in two out of the 4 classes which was 4wd sc and stock buggy. Mod buggy I finished 3rd in the B-Main 4wd 13.5 10th in the Amain. In stock buggy I was up front for most of the race and had a mishap with a min to go and was able to finish 3rd over all in the Amain. Now on the the highlight of my weekend I ran the all new TLR SCTE 3.0 4WD SC and boy what a race it was 7-minutes of pure racing but the SCTE 3.0 did it job and I was able to take home the win. I need to take this time and thank Frank Root for all the support over this past weekend he not only helped me with setup but keeping my confidence up. As well as Geoffrey Kothman he was a huge help as well. Also need to thank all my sponsors for all the support with out each and everyone of you this would not be possible.
