Finally I bring out the Yeti-X Today! After all of the work I have been doing to this since the last time I took it out earlier this year. It was definitely time to see what it could do!
Since its first initial run back in the spring of 2015, I realized this truck needed some more work to make it a bit more bullet proof. In that time I went a head and installed a Robinson Racing Spur gear and clutch setup as well as some new shock from Pro-Line Racing. We event swapped out the old body, for one of Pro-Line Racing newest Yeti Bodies, the Ford Raptor.
One of the coolest thing that we were testing out today, was the strange suspension setup in the front that I was experimenting with. This setup, I decided to install some of CBE RC Fab shock keys that normally go on the Axial SCX10. And I went a head and installed them on the yeti to try something very different. Their was a lot of skepticism as to whether or not they would hold of to any punishment at all. However if you watch all the way threw you will see that after just one run they held up perfectly!
