This past Saturday was the final round of the Battle in the Desert Points series hosted by Hobbytown SRS in Phoenix, AZ, and Warehouse 3 Raceway in Peoria, AZ.
I competed in the 2WD 17.5 Buggy class and was able to take the top spot on the podium at the conclusion of the series:
Throughout the series I used the following Tire set up:
SRS- MC VTR Prime fronts and MC VTR Prime Rears
W3- M4 VTR Prime fronts and M4 VTR Prime Rears
Also competing in the series was newly added Pro-Line Driver Josh Bend, he was able to secure the 2nd spot on the podium in the 4WD Mod Buggy class, here is a picture of both of us with our vehicles and plaques:
After 6 races with 1 throw out I was able to secure a podium spot in 2WD Mod Buggy with the 3rd position.

Warehouse 3- M4 Prime VTR fronts with M4 Prime 2.2 Rears with Hard closed cell rear foam
