This past weekend was the final GLORCS race and it was held at Otterville Raceway in Otterville, Ontario. Track owner John Blakley did a fantastic job with the new layout and the track had high grip!
“…as usual Pro-Line Hole Shots in M4 were the tire to have.“
Qualifying went well and I had the TQ in E-Truggy, 3rd in 4WD SCT and 5th in E-Buggy. With over 100 entries the day went pretty quick. Luckily we were able to get 2 rounds of qualifying in on Saturday before the rain started.
Sunday morning came and the track dried up and better yet started to groove up.
Racing went well with triple A-Mains and I was able to take the wins in A1 and A2 for both 4WD SCT and E-Truggy. I finished were I started in qualifying at 5th overall in E-Buggy after all 3 triple A-Mains.
My TLR SCTE 2.0 was great right from practice and
as usual Pro-Line Hole Shots in M4 were the tire to have.
Low wear meant I used the same set of tires throughout practice, qualifying and the mains.
My TLR 8ight 3.0TE was really fast and nimble and again Pro-line Holes Shots in M3 were hooked in every corner!
For my TLR 8ight 3.0E I used a short battery pack setup and the buggy was easy to drive and handled great. I used Pro-Line Fugitives in X4 and Hole Shots in M4 for the Mains.
