Jason Stach at West Coast Nationals on Pro-Line Blockades

West Coast Nationals was epic this year.

Thanks OBR/TR Core team for all your support and brotherhood. We had a great weekend!

My weekend started out pretty smooth with taking TQ in Pro 2WD Truck and Pro Truggy classes in round 1. My OBR powered trucks were dialed.

The track was killer, with big airtime and lots of traction.

I managed to top my TQ in Pro 2wd Truck with 17 laps in round 3 running Pro-Line Racing Blockade XTR’s.

I held on to both my TQ’s for the rest of the weekend. The mains were pretty intense. In Pro 2WD Truck I grabbed the lead early and held on as long as I could. The track got super loose outside the groove and I decided to play it safe keep my truck together, and stay smooth.

In the end Brian Sullivan caught up and took the lead, I couldn’t keep up with out risking the podium spot. Congrats Brian! Awesome racing with you. I am more than stoked to put the OBR/TR, Redxrc Pro 2 unlimited truck on #2 spot the podium this year.I fought hard for it.

In Pro Truggy I started out the Main in the front but shortly went strait to the rear after a few bumps and had to play catch up. I knew it would be a struggle to catch Gary Kyes so I wrung out my custom ported OBR 32 reed in hopes of catching up. After a fast pit stop I finally made it up front. I had no chance to keep my lead unless I drove it hard. I pushed a bit too hard, didn’t conserve enough fuel and ran out with a few more laps to go. I managed to keep second after Dan Silagy got me back on the track with a fast fuel splash.Congrats Gary Kyes. Great racing with you!
