Ron Richardson at the Summer Showdown on Pro-Line Hole Shots, Stunners, and Electrons

It was the “Summer Showdown” at Taylor Park R/C Raceway in Yukon, OK.

I ran Expert Sprint, SC Modified, and 1:8 Late Model. I was top qualifier and A-Main winner in all 3 classes.

Expert Sprint…

I ran M4 (Super Soft) Pro-Line Hole Shot 2.0s on the rear and M3 (Soft) Pro-Line Electrons on the Front, all with Pro-Line’s Blue Closed Cell Foam Inserts. We raced during the day in the hot sun. The track started out damp and was dry by the end of each race.

The Hole Shots kept my car on a consistent steady line the entire 4-minutes and allowed me to TQ and win the A-Main!

SC MOD…

We had a 10 car field in the A-Main. I was able to TQ with my Pro-Line PRO-2 and I started on the pole of the A-Main. I was running Pro-Line Stunners. We had racers in this class from MO, TX, KS, AR, and OK. My Pro-Line PRO-2 led every lap from start to finish. It worked lap traffic great and the Pro-Line Tires were consistent all day as the track changed due to the sun and wind.
