Scott Furtado Takes the TQ and Win at RC Madness on Pro-Line Hole Shots

This weekend I attended our Outdoor Season Opener at RC Madness in Enfield, CT. This was New England’s first outdoor race with racers attending from every state in the area. It was a warm sunny day with temps in the high 60’s ready to tackle the 200’x 80′ track.

There were an estimated total of 100 entries and I was competing in 1:8 E-Buggy class and 1:8 Nitro Buggy classes. The 2 biggest classes of the weekend were 1:8 E-Buggy having 4 heats and 1:8 Nitro Buggy having 4 heats also.

I had some speedo issues in E-Buggy and ended up only finishing one qualifier and wound up in the B-Main. I ended up winning the B-Main and got the bump to the A-Main. I would pass my way to the lead in the A-Main only to end up breaking an A-arm with a minute left.

In Nitro Buggy I ended up TQing both qualifiers and taking the Win in the 20-minute A-Main.
Both my Kyosho MP9E and my TKi3 were absolutely Awesome! This weekend. My MP9E was equipped with M4 Hole Shots, and my TKi3 with M4 LockDowns.
