This past weekend we headed out to the 2015 Edition of the Canadian Indoor Off Road Shootout in Tillsonburg, Ontario.
With almost 300 entries and the best drivers in Canada in attendance. I won this race last year and was trying to go back to back.
In Pro Buggy I qualified 2nd and in Pro Truck I was TQ. In the Pro Buggy Main I was swapping spots with Mugen Seiki’s Mark Sousa and HB driver Jerome Treignier. I then ran into a flame-out and got pushed back. I climbed my way back up to 2nd by the end. Mark Sousa would run into issues and DNF this would allow Jerome to get the win.
I ran Pro-Line M4 Hole Shot 2.0s all weekend and they were dialed in.
In Pro Truck I got off to a good start and in toe was Jerome Treignier in 2nd. On lap 3 I broke the link off on my rear end and had to putt around into the pits and get it put back on, it took about two laps to do so. I was dead last but was beginning to climb back up setting some of the fastest laps I had all weekend to get back out into the lead pack. On my 2nd fuel stop I flamed out and I had to start again, at this point a lap and a half down. With ten minutes to go I got by TLR driver Tom Firsching for the lead and took the win with Tom in 2nd and Jerome in 3rd.
I ran Pro-Line M3 Hole Shots in Truck all weekend and they were dialed!
