I had a great time at the NSX race at Thunder Alley. The track lay out by Sik Track design was really fun.
My Mugen MBX+T Truggy was hooked up with Pro-Line X3 Hole Shots and I was able to qualify 2nd.
In the Main I had a rough start and found myself at the back of the pack, but I was able to battle my way up and ended up finishing 2nd in the Pro class. As for my Mugen MBX7R Buggy it was feeling great in qualifying on M3 Hole Shot 2.0s but I ended up qualifying 10th which put me in the B-Main.
The temperature was dropping so I ran M4 Hole Shot 2.0s in the 22-minute B-Main and the car was hooked up, I was able to win the B-Main and bump to the A.
The A-main was a 40-minute race but I decided to run the same M4 Hole Shots I ran in the B-Main and it was the right choice. My Buggy lap times never dropped off over the 40-minute race and I was able to get 2nd place.
I also ran the new Phantom body for the first time and it felt great.
