The 2015 Petit Race took place at the RBR Arena in Barcelona, Spain from 16-18 January.

The track was really nice with some challenging jumps. The astroturf made for good grip. Friday was all day free practice with a very busy track. Saturday was all about 2WD with 2 Rounds of seeding practice. Followed by 4 Rounds of qualifying using the FTD format. Jörn Neumann was able to post the fastest 5-minute run to take TQ position. The triple finals were run over 7-minutes and it was again Jörn who showed great performances to take the win in A2 and A3.

Now on to Sunday with 4WD and 4×4 Short Course. Again in the morning two 5 minute seeding Rounds for the qualifying heats. After that 4 Rounds of FTD qualifying, which made the racing extremly interesting as only the fastest time counts. Jörn set again the fastest time like he did in 2WD. Short lunch brake and it was finals time, 7 minutes finals. A1 was a superb final to watch with Jörn, Robert and Miguel changing the lead the entire final, in the end Jörn took the win infront of Robert and Miguel. A2 was a lot easier for Jörn as he checked out and stretched a lead over his competitors. With wins in A1 and A2 Jörn took his 2nd Petit title this weekend.

4×4 Short Course was 2 Rounds of qualifying and 7 finals. Jörn again was on fire to set his 3rd TQ. Followed by 6 out of 7 final wins to take his 3rd Petit Race title for the weekend. Great start to the 2015 season!
