Event: Ronald McDonald Charity Race at G’s Raceway & Hobby Shop in PA.
Classes: Pro E-Buggy, Pro Nitro Buggy & Pro Nitro Truggy
This Race was the 3rd Annual Ronald McDonald Charity Race at G’s Raceway in Shippensburg, PA.
The weather for the weekend was at 95 degrees and plenty of sunshine that made a hot Racing day. The event brings a lot of drivers and for a good cause. I qualified in all my 3 classes for the A-Main events. This made for a long one with 2 nitro 20-min races and a double 10-min event for the Electric classes and they were back to back.
My equipment was the Kyosho/Pro-Line/Reds/Viper. With a Pro-Line Blockades M3 compound in my Nitro Buggy Pro’s car. I TQ’d Pro Nitro Buggy so I had a good start in the Main event. After the 20-min race I separated from the rest of the cars from the starting of the race and finished with the win.
In Pro Nitro Truggy I TQ’d and had no problem getting the win. I was using Pro-Line Blockade M3 compound.
In Pro E-Buggy Class I suffered by making some mistakes coming from racing nitro to electric, lol but I finished in 2nd after a good battle with some other drivers.
After all it was a good weekend with Pro-Line on the Podium again and it was for a good cause.
My teammate Devin Chesney was at the race and he took the podium for Pro-Line in 2WD SCT & 4wd SCT.
PS. A Big Thank you Devin Chesney for pitting my Nitro classes.
Thanks for all my Sponsors Kyosho, Pro-Line, Reds, Viper, LFR, Maxy Pro-Fuel, Samuelson Design, Boca Bearing, Hy-Tracion Juice, Mushroom Bowl Raceway & Hobby Shop, The Track Raceway & Hobby Shop!!
