Elliott Boots at BRCA National Rd#3 on Pro-Line Diamond Backs and Blockades

We had another round of the national championships this past weekend, which took place in Kent not to far from London

Elliott was very fast on Diamond Back X3, we did try the LockDown also but found the D-Back a little better on this track, which was quite dusty, and a very hot day.

Elliott qualified 2nd to Lee Martin who TQ’d, we just missed it by a second, very close, again we used Diamond Back.

In the semi final we decided to switch to Blockade X3, these felt a little less edgy as the track was cutting up badly.

Elliott was leading his semi by nearly a lap when his engine stopped on track, which was a disaster, as a large stone had wedged under the clutch bell, and we were not able to fix it in time as he lost to much time to recover to make it into the main final, which was a real shame as he was looking very fast.
