Well with JBRL round 2 in the books, I had a pretty good, solid day in Palm Dessert, CA. The weather out there was hot and windy. I had great qualifying run in both rounds 1 and 2 starting 3rd on the grid in my E-buggy class. In my Expert buggy qualifying, it was a bit rough in the 1st round of qualifying but brought it back smooth to get in the A-main starting 8th.
In my E-buggy A-main, I started off smooth in 3rd behind Adam Drake (TQ) and Matt Sheffler (2nd) and ran very smooth in the beginning but with Drake and Sheffler making a bobble I just ran cleaner and took the win running M3 HoleShots.
In Expert buggy A-main, I started off pretty smooth from 8th and went to 5th battling with about 6 to 7 drivers for the 2nd spot but unfortunately I crashed over the triple and ruining my run settling for a 9th running M3 HoleShots also.
Overall a very good day for me! Excited about my win in E-buggy!
