Islikon is the smallest track at the Swiss championships. It is a technical carpet track with lap times around 16-18seconds.
Saturday started with 5 training and 2 qualification rounds.
Patrick Hofer used his Team Associated B5M for the first time in 2wd. In 4wd Patrick put his Reedy powered B44.2 on TQ followed by local Durango drivers Patrick Vogt and Milan Steiner.
In 2wd Patrick tested serval setup options to get more experience on his new B5M. His B5M get faster from round to round and Patrick was able to win the last round in qualification and placed his car on 3rd for the finals.
Patrick found a really fast setup for his B5M and placed his car on 3rd overall with very short distance followed by Vogt and Steiner. Patrick told that his B5M setup was fast and able to take the win but he did not made it this time. Patrick like to share his setup here.
In 4wd class it was also a hot fight with Patrick Vogt and Milan Steiner and Patrick took the overall win.
