Classes raced – 2wd sct , 4×4 sct
2wd sct ….. This was my first full race with the new Pro-Line PRO-2 SC Truck and I used the outdoor setup displayed on the website and it worked awesome as both rounds of quals I placed second and ran an awesome race switching from 1st and 2nd the whole time … but as I was on the last few laps I clipped the pipe pushing to hard and finished second. RACE RESULTS
4×4 sct ….. The first round out of 2 with my truck I qualified 5th and had an absolutely horrible run. Afterwards I thought more about my setup and realized I was running a bigger pinion for my local track , so I dropped two teeth and went out for the second round and qualified 3rd … and throughout the main I battled for 2nd and 3rd as I moved up to second and pulled away from 3rd I put my eyes on first and with two mins left I put the charge on and caught him on the last few laps and won by 1 and a half seconds! The truck felt awesome!!! RACE RESULTS
Equipment ….. In the PRO-2 I had M3 Blockades on which gave me incredible corner speed and had my venom 7000 mah in for some raw power
In the SCT410 had again M3 Blockades that had awesome forward bite on and had my venom 8000 mah for that run time !
