Dakotah Phend has dominated the 2014 ROAR 1/8th Electric Offroad Nationals which took place in Houston, Texas this past weekend.

Dakotah claimed the overall TQ in all three classes which included 1/8th buggy, 1/8th truggy and Pro 4 SCT. The E-Buggy final was a battle between Dakotah and Jared Tebo with Tebo taking A2 however A3 saw Dakotah cross the line six seconds ahead of Tebo giving Dakotah (TLR) his second A final victory and the overall win. Jared Tebo (Kyosho) and Drew Moller (Mugen) rounded off the top three after finishing second and third respectively.

The E-Truggy final saw Dakotah (TLR) joined on the podium by Tebo (Kyosho) and Cody King (Kyosho) who crossed the finish line in second and third. Finally the Pro4 final saw Dakotah once again dominate the field as he won the first two A final leaving Ryan Lutz (Team Durango) and Adam Drake (TLR) to complete the podium in second and third.

M3 IONs were awesome on 4×4 SC and 1:8 Electric BuggyX3 HoleShots were great on 1:8 Electric Truggy.

Dakotah said, “The racing was really good and there were three World Champions in attendance. Gulf Coast Raceway was great and my TLR 8ight-E 3.0 with Pro-Line M3 IONs, TLR 8ight 3.0 HT-T Electric with Pro-Line X3 HoleShots, and TLR SCTE 2.0 with Pro-Line M3 IONs were all awesome.  I TQ’d and won all three classes.”
