The EOS finals where held in Wels, Austria at the Model hobby show from 24th to 27th April. It was another huge event. The hosting club did a great job with a nice flowing track layout. Thursday was open practice in the opposite direction with most of the drivers already in attendance. On Friday the real action started with controlled practice. It was Pro-Line factory driver Jörn Neumann who was reseed number 1 in all 3 classes he entered. Saturday was an all 2WD affair. Qualifying went mixed as Jörn had some bad luck in Q1 and Q2 with good speed, but a coming together with a slower driver made his qualifying difficult. Q3 and Q4 was way better and Jörn was able to qualify 3rd on the grid. A1 started very good, but on lap 2 Jörn tangled with another driver and was down to last, he decided to save his tires for A2 and A3. Which worked out perfect. Jörn was able to show his great speed and won A2 and A3 in dominating style. Overall his 1st victory for the weekend!

Now it was time for Jörn´s favorite class 4WD Buggy and of course 4WD Short Course, which was also raced on Sunday. In 4WD Short Course Jörn made a clean sweep with TQ´ing every Round of qualifying and wins in A1 and A2. His 2nd victory for the weekend!

4WD Buggy started again not as good as practice. In Q1 Jörn had an DNF, but he recovered with two 2nd places and a TQ to start 2nd on the grid. A1 was going great, Jörn could take the lead after a couple corners and never looked back to win A1 in style. A2 was good with a third place finish. For A3 Jörn tried everything and could take the lead after 5-6 laps and bringing home his 3rd victory for the weekend! Overall his 10th 4WD victory out of 11 EOS races.
