The third annual stator cup challenge was held this past weekend at Island Raceway and Hobby in Lindenhurst New York.
There were 19 heats and over 150 entries. Three TLR/Pro-Line drivers attended the event.
Anthony Mazzara was top qualifier and won all three classes he ran. He ran 2wd and 4wd Modified and Pro-4 modified. Steve Plakis finished 3rd in 2wd mod and 2nd in 4wd mod. Also teammate Jay Bless finished 3rd in 4wd modified. The new TLR 22-4 was a big success at its debut race in the northeast.
Top three in the A-main were TLR 22-4. All three TLR drivers were using Pro-Line m4 ION front tires and Pro-Line m4 Suburbs rear tires with Pro-Line closed cell inserts.
Anthony used Pro-Line M4 Suburbs on his TLR SCTE 2.0.
