With Elliott taking 2nd place in 4wd and 2wd qualifying, it was going to be a mad dash to the finish line in both finals as there was only 1 leg and 5 mins to take top spot.

In the finals Elliott finished second in 4wd, swooping places with Tom Yardy, good close race in the final, lots of grip car was very good

In 2wd, very close to start,we had a coming together with another car and had to wait for Marshall, then after a few more laps chasing hard we were able to catch the fighting pack up, but we has a slight problem with the rear of the car and ended up retireing early as I think the problem was with the ball diff, but it was a great day, much too early!! And a long day for all, but great racing and a great track for the club at Silverstone, big thanks to Dave Burton for his help

Well that could be it for 2013, as we were due to go to Slough on Sunday, but that’s been cancelled, so we will wait till Padova in Italy, for the Italian Job Race, that should should be a great race with some Top Euro drivers attending, then onto Montpellier in Feb, and hopefully the Nitro Challenge in the US
