It was finally time for Region 4 Championships. A 3 hour drive north and we were finally at the track. Hosting the race Was Shiverville Raceway, the best backyard track in Florida.

Practice Day:

Traction proved tricky for everyone the first couple runs. We switched to MC Scrubs on the T4.1 and it was on from there. Truck was really good and no more traction issues. Next was Buggy. It was a struggle at first. 2nd run we switched to MC Suburbs on the rear and MC Scrubs up front and buggy was hooked up.

Qualifying day and track conditions had changed again, foggy early in the morning and no Sun made for slippery conditions.  Put in a Top 5 run in Truck all 3 rounds of Qualifying. Buggy only managed to get one good run in and qualifiers and that put me 12th on the Grid which was not good.

Mains Day:

The Track and Truck were ready and it was time to race. Starting 4th on the grid I was ready to go. The tone sounded and I had a great Start moved into 2nd in the 3rd turn and stayed there. Pro-Line teammate Landen Lewis was in 1st and he kept is 5 sec lead the entire race. So we finished 1-2 in A1

A2 had another great start I moved from 4th to 2nd by lap 2 and Landen and I checked out again. Finishing 1-2 again. Landen wrapped up the 1st by winning A1 and A2.

A3 was my best start moved up to 1st by the 3rd corner and led the entire main and took the win. Had a great battle with JC’s team driver Tracy Craver.

So final Results I finished 2nd overall in St Truck at the ROAR Region 4 Championship. Teammate Landen Lewis took the win and TQ in St Truck. Giving Pro-Line 3 TQ’s and 3 championships.
