I caused a bit of an uproar with the recent release of the first independent HPI Baja 5B Flux (electric RTR) driving videos, showing it in box stock form:

YouTube commenters blamed everything for its poor showing, from me (bad driving) to me (incorrect choice of driving location) to the motor to the weight distribution to the alignment of the Mars orbiter antennae.

This evening I went back to the same two spots with everything the same with the exception of the premounted Bow Ties installed.  Results speak for themselves:

Obviously the Bow Ties are not designed for hard surfaces, but they’re still 5,000,023 times better than the stock tires.  I’ll probably try Badlands on stock wheels once I wear these out!
