RC Madness in Enfield Connecticut held the 4th annual Short Course Nationals on August 3rd, 4th and 5th. With 330 entries it was a great event filled with lots of great racing action. The weather was typical east coast summer weather with lots of humidity. Temperatures on Friday and Saturday were in the mid 90’s on top of the humidity. Sunday’s program got cut short due to thunderstorms in the area. Overall it was another great event by the crew at RC Madness. The track layouts were both perfect for Short Course racing and the race program was well run. The tire of choice for most of the 2wd classes was the Hole Shot 2.0 and for 4wd, Blockades were the tire of choice.
