The 2011 Battle at the Beach race in Lake Havasu, AZ this last weekend (Oct. 15-16, 2011) turned out to be a great event. With over 100 entries and triple A mains everyone had lots of fun and run time.
Pro-Line’s Ty Tessmann took TQ and the wins in Expert 1:8 Buggy and Expert 4WD Short Course. PL driver’s Big Shane and track owner Jason Miller also had a great podium weekends. Big Shane took the win in 1:8 E-Buggy, TQ and was tied for the win in Expert 2WD SC until the tie-breaker scored him 2nd. PL’s own Tim Clark took 2nd in Sportsman 2WD SC and John Kelishes took 3rd in Sportsman 4WD SC. Way to go Team Pro-Line!
