Reno Savoya Takes the TQ and Win at RB Cup

Now in it’s third year running the annual RB Cup has become a popular late-summer fixture for racers in southern Europe, organized in conjunction with RB distributor Modelcar, this year the race was hosted at the Palmela track located near the beaches around Lisbon and next door to a karting facility which came in use on Saturday night.

Pro-Line Team Driver Renaud Savoya took the TQ and Win with his new XRAY car using Pro-Line Caliber tires. He finnished with Miguel Matias in 2nd and Ricardo Monteiro in 3rd.

Reno had this to say about his performance:

“I was pleased with my tires all week end long. I choose M2 compound for the hard packed conditions, combined with the new ribbed closed cell foams. It gives me incredible traction and consistency allowing me to TQ in Revolver 2.0 and win with Calibers! The track was getting really bumpy at the end, but this package made me even faster round by round!”
