Pro-Line Team Driver Alex Eklund attended the 2011 Midwest Short Course Nationals at Fort Dodge this past weekend (July 17th) and had this to say, “It was super-hot out, 90 degrees with 70+ % Humidity. I ran 4wd and 2wd SC. I ran the Flo-Tek Bodies on both trucks and Caliber 2.0 tires. The 2wd was having transmission issues all day but still qualified 6th in Mod 2wd and 3rd in 4wd SC. In the 2wd A-Main I had bad luck at the beginning and could recover. The 4wd A-Main was fast after the first lap I got out front and ran smooth but with a few little mistakes I came in right behind the leader in 2nd Place ! My Green/White Flo-Tek body performed great and held up strong to my abuse, the Caliber 2.0 tires were hooked up in the Sand style Track!”
