Pro-Line at the 2011 Reedy Race

After a long break one of the greatest RC events returned, the Reedy International Race of Champions. 2011 would start off with a bang at West Coast RC in La Mirada, CA as the world’s best drivers would meet to decide who is top of their class. Pro-Line’s Ryan Cavalieri who had a rough day in 2WD but made a comeback in 4WD taking the win in 3 out of 4 mains earning him 3rd overall on the podium. Ryan used the updated BullDog body for the B4.1 along with the BullDog for the B44.1 Ryan like so many at this event reached for Pro-Line’s new Closed Cell inserts to maintain superior traction and control.

In the Open Class, Josh Numan would make a comeback this year and chose Pro-Line products to put his cars in strong positions. Josh qualified second in 2WD using the BullDog for the B4.1 and Closed Cell inserts. In the 4WD, Josh would prove his consistency and took TQ honors going into the main. After a win in the first Amain and a hard fought battle in the second Amain he went to finish second overall due to the tie breaker rules in effect. Josh again chose the BullDog body for the B44.1 and Closed Cell inserts to put in a solid performance.

Pro-Line would like to thank everyone at West Coast RC, Team Associated/Reedy, Up-Grade RC, Scotty Earnst and all the racers for making the 2011 Reedy Race a great success.
